June 26th 8 pm – Midnight at Big Red Sun
Cote Catering and HOPE present Cruise Ship 1982
Benefit and Supper Club
Performance by Luna Tart, with specialty Drag Show, and 5 course dinner
Come frolic and imbibe in an evening of decadence and delight to help raise funds and awareness for HOPE Farmers Market. HOPE and Cote catering have joined forces in the food revolution to bring you a 5 course meal and cocktail hour featuring the finest in fresh, local, and sustainable edibles.
Sonya Cote, executive chef of the East Side Showroom, has set 5 courses for adventure with a delicious deconstruction of an 80’s cruise ship dinner. Using only local ingredients and an artist’s hand, she has created each course to focus on Texas’ freshest seasonable produce and proteins.
We believe that local and sustainable foods should be available to all people. HOPE Farmers Markett has been bringing the best of local farms to the east side community over the past year and has created a space to support artists, farmers, and the Austin residents. This is your chance to support the future and sustainability of this burgeoning non-profit.
Cruise ship costumes are encouraged. One specialty cocktail will be given out but BYOB is welcome. And as always, there will be a disco dessert!
It's an open smile on a friendly shore, with a wonderful evening of song and savories.
